In this role you will initially work as a general labourer or assistant to the team on the ropes.

With the head office based at Thornton and work all over the country you will be heading to remote locations for work as more projects come on board. So you need to be able to live with your team mates, work effectively as part of a safety conscious team and have the capacity to work long days physical environments. People who can’t work effectively in a team should not apply and the company also has very strict drug and alcohol policies where you will be tested daily whilst on site – compliance with these policies ensure your safety and that of the team.

This is a rapidly growing company that rewards staff and has minimal turnover. At entry level you will start working with HRG as a 6 month trial after which time sucessful candidates will go permanent with our client. You will be paid a flat rate of $20.71 to begin. As your skills and qualifications grow so that you can work as part of the rope access team and operate drills your earning capacity will grow with allowances paid for these operations as well as extremely generous working remote payments. Current full time team members are earning approx $60K plus super after 1-2 years

Training on all aspects of the roll is delivered and again SAFETY is paramount.
