Great casual pay rate – $22.94 starting rate as trainee plus shift allowance (conversion to full casual rate $26.98 after a short period of time)

Are you willing to be on-call for a range shifts?
Roles within the plant will see you operating loading equipment to production lines
Operating the production equipment and ensuring product quality.
Please be aware that this is fast paced with repetitive lifting and loading for long 10-12 hour shifts at times.
If you have a forklift ticket and experience this is viewed favourable as some roster spots require great LF drivers.
The plant has various roster patterns such as (Monday To Friday shifts only):
12 hour days from 6am – 6pm
12 hour nights 6pm – 6am
Day shift of 6am – 3pm
Afternoon shift of 3pm – 11:30pm
We need staff that can work a mix of all shifts mentioned above!
We need really reliable staff that can be used to cover short notice shifts!

No Friday shifts – every weekend is a 3 day weekend
Our client is a food manufacturer based at Rutherford and going through an exciting growth period. Newly secured contracts will deliver stable employment for years to come. We are looking for dedicated, safety focused people that want to be a part of something fresh.
As Production Blender you will ensure effective use of a PLC system to create and match recipes. You will also:
Assist with production
Load raw materials
Weigh ingredients in preparation for production
Ensure safety and quality compliance is maintained
Working within fast moving food production facility the highest priorities will be:
Safety
Food Safety
HACCP
Quality Assurance
Maintaining cleanliness of the site
Ensuring Hygiene standards are maintained
To join this growing team you need:
Experience working in manufacturing preferably food production
Working knowledge of HACCP and GMP
History of working in environments requiring measurements with extreme accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Forklift license
This role will work to a permanent day and night rotating shift pattern:
3 x 12hr shift plus 1 x 4hr shift for a 40 hour working week
This role is temp2perm. You will be trialing with HRG for 6 months as a casual and after this successful probation period you will be converted to perm.
